In this paper, it is defined as the understanding of all customers’ purchasing behaviour as revealed through his or her sales transactions, i.e. Ñ1Ò Ó Ô Õ3Ö ×^ÒlØ Ô Õ&Ö ÒlÙkÒfÚ ÛvØ4ÜaØ .
